Baijayant Panda and Damodar Rout on the trail from respective fields

Much hyped Lok sabha seat in Odisha’s coastal district Kendrapada throws up imonous signs for the high profiled BJP candidate, Baijayant Panda, who so far seems on the trail against his close rival and Rajya Sabha MP Anubhav Mohanty. Even the position of another former BJD stalwart Damodar Rout, now contesting from Erasama assembly seat , is on the trail so far. Rout who had his earlier winning streaks from Paradeep assembly seat preferred to fight from Erasama when the BJD picked his son Sambit Routray to pitch the latter against Rout.

That way the BJD chief Naveen Patnaik so far enjoys the edge having seen both his bete noirs on the back-foot.
