Thunderstorm, strong winds likely to hit Telangana during next 24 hours

Night temperatures were appreciably below normal in some parts of Telangana and were below normal in some parts of Gangetic West Bengal,Himachal Pradesh,Saurashtra and Kutch,Tamil Nadu,coastal and south interior Karnataka,and Kerala.
Night temperatures were appreciably above normal in some parts of Assam,Meghalaya,Nagaland,Manipur,Mizoram,Tripura,West Bengal,Sikkim,Odisha,east Rajasthan,west Madhya Pradesh,Marathwada,Vidarbha,north interior Karnataka and in remaining parts of Bihar,east Madhya Pradesh,madhya Maharashtra and were markedly above normal in some parts of Jharkhand,Bihar,east Uttar Pradesh,east Madhya Pradesh,madhya Maharashtra.
Night temperatures were above normal in some parts of Arunachal Pradesh,Uttarakhand,Gujarat region,Konkan and Goa,Chhattisgarh,Rayalaseema,Tamil Nadu and in remaining parts of Odisha,east Uttar Pradesh,west Madhya Pradesh,Saurashtra and Kutch,Vidarbha.
Night temperatures were normal over the rest of the region.The lowest minimum temperature recorded in the plains was 6.7 degrees celsius in Churu of west Rajasthan.
Dense fog observed at isolated places over Himachal Pradesh and moderate fog observed at isolated places over Uttarakhand and Delhi.
The visibility recorded at 0830 hours IST on Saturday is as follows: Sundernagar–50 meter; Pantnagar–200 meter; Palam–500 meter.
Thunderstorm accompanied with lightning and gusty winds is very likely at isolated places over Telangana during the next 24 hours.
Rain or thundershowers have occurred at isolated places in Arunachal Pradesh,Uttarakhand,Jammu and Kashmir,Assam,Meghalaya,Gangetic West Bengal,Odisha,Jharkhand,Bihar,Himachal Pradesh,and east Madhya Pradesh.
Mainly dry weather prevailed in Nagaland,Manipur,Mizoram,Tripura,Sub-Himalayan West Bengal, Sikkim, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan, west Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha and Chhattisgarh. (UNI)
