Union Home Minister Amit Shah’s helicopter made emergency landing on Saturday at the Ozar airport due to bad weather. He was on his way to Akole in Ahmednagar district to address an election rally on the last day of the campaign for assembly polls in Maharashtra.
The helicopter made the emergency landing following advice from aviators and security personnel. After the rain stopped, Air traffic control gave green signal to Mr Shah to fly for the rally. Mr Shah’s public meeting was held at Akole this afternoon. (UNI)
