Chandrababu hails new education policy, calls it competitive

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu announced Rs 5 lakh ex-gratia to each of the bereaved families of the CRPF personnel, who were martyred in Pulwama terror attack in Jammu and Kashmir on Thursday.

The Telugu Desam Party (TDP) politburo meeting which was held here on Saturday was chaired by Chief Minister and TDP National President N Chandrababu Naidu. The politburo condoled the deaths of CRPF jawans and observed two minutes silence as a mark of respect.

Addressing the politburo meeting, the Chief Minister described the killing of CRPF personnel by Pakistan backed terrorists as barbaric and inhuman act.

He announced Rs.5 lakh to each of the bereaved families of martyred CRPF jawans and assured to extend any kind of help to them.

Mr Naidu said that the AP government would back whatever steps the Centre would take to contain the terrorist activities.
