A five-judge Constitution bench of the Supreme Court on Tuesday granted four weeks time to the Centre to file its detailed response on a batch of petitions regarding the abrogation of Article 370 which removed special status of Jammu and Kashmir and divided it into two Union Territories to ensure its improved governance.
Headed by Justice N V Ramana, the bench drew the line. (UNI)
