As expected the ruling Biju Janata Dal surge ahead in the current trends maintaining a very good lead in the Assembly seats . While the BJD so far remains with a lead in 74 assembly seats the close rival the Bharatiya Janata Party is leading only in 21 seats.
However, the contest between the BJD and the BJP so far goes neck to neck and possibly by another one hour the picture of leads can reveal the winning trends both in the Assembly and Lok Sabha seats.
