Police recovered bodies of a woman and a youth hanging from a tree at Marha village under Paraiya police station area in the district today. Police said here that prima facie it appeared that outlaws killed the woman and the youth somewhere else and hanged their bodies from the tree later.
Sources said the motive behind murder could be their alleged love affair. Police said the deceased had been identified as Basanti Devi (40) and Teni Manjhi (20), natives of Marha village. The bodies had been sent to Anugrah Narain Magadh Medical College and Hospital (ANMCH) for autopsy. Further investigation was on. (UNI)
