Britannia has announced ten winners of its inaugural ‘My Marie Gold, My Startup campaign’ initiative which was launched to empower Indian homemakers to pursue their dream of achieving financial independence and become Entrepreneur. The competition witnessed more than one 1 million applicants from November through February. Out of them 42 finalists were from across the country. These finalists had assembled in Bengaluru on Wednesday. The top prize winners who started their start-ups included Anita from Pune, Vijayeeni Sahoo from Bhubaneshwar, Kasturi Rajavel from Namakkal, Asha Khanna from New Delhi, Darshana Dilip Paawr from Pune, Swagata Saha from Kolkata, Dipti Krushnarao Kulkarni from Baramati, Sneha Kumanduri from Bangalore, Lalitha Pravin Patil from Mumbai and Umaparameshwari from Coimbatore.
