New Delhi, Oct 3 ((UNI) Defence Minister Rajnath Singh will fly a sortie in Rafale aircraft on October 8 in France. Mr Singh is visiting France to receive the first of 36 Rafale jet that India has bought from France government. The defence minister will take a sortie in Rafale jet during his visit to France, a defence official said. During his visit, the minister will also hold talks with the hierarchy in the French government. Newly appointed Indian Air Force Vice Chief Air Marshal HS Arora will accompany him. Recently, Mr Singh had taken a sortie in India-built Light Combat Aircraft Tejas in Bengaluru for half an hour.
