It was a close brush with formality that VVIPs showcase by being one among the millions. Chief minister of Odisha Naveen Pattnaik bought the first ticket for the Hockey World Cup starting from September 28 at kalinga stadium in Bhubaneswar. After receiving the ticket from Elena Norman, Hockey India CEO, Pattnaik twitted it saying how delighted he was to have received the first ticket.
