Doctors at Govt Medical College Hospital removes Airgun pellet from man’s skull

Doctors at Government Medical College Hospital here has removed an airgun pellet from a 36-year-old man’s skull through a complex procedure.
Medical college sources said the airgun got misfired when he was cleaning it on Tuesday. The pellet, which pierced through his throat, lodged in the skull, revealed a CT scan report.
Later, an emergency surgery lasting for three hours was performed and the pellet was removed from the skull of the man.
Doctors said the person was recovering.
