The group CEO of e-commerce giant, Flipkart, Binny Bansal was to resign after being charged with ‘personal misconduct’ following an investigation report . News agency Reuters reported that Bansal’s decision to resign was a sequel to an independent investigation done on behalf of Flipkart and Walmart after an allegation of ” serious personal misconduct ” reported the agency although Bansal has denied the allegation.
However, Kalyan Krishnamurthy will carry on as the CEO of the company . Recently the United State retail giant Walmart had taken charge of Flipkart by purchasing 77% of outstanding shares with the Flipkart.
