Delhi Police Special Cell has arrested gun-runner Kunwar Pal from the Tahirpur area of the national capital and recovered five pistols and 500 rounds of live ammunition from him, police said on Saturday.
Kunwar Pal was carrying arms consignment from Gajrola in Uttar Pradesh and it was to be delivered in New Delhi. With the arrest of Kunwar Pal, various end users that are the local criminals of Delhi NCR have been revealed. Efforts are underway to further bust the entire network involved in the circulation of the illegal arms, police said. (UNI)
