Kasaragod, Dec 4: Considered to be the first verdict in a case registered under Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO), act 2012 in Kerala, the Kasaragod Additional Sessions Court on Wednesday sentensed a man to imprisonment unto death in a child sexual abuse case.
Sources said the accused V S Reveendran has been sentenced to imprisonment for sexually abusing a four-and-a-half year old adivasi girl in Bedakam near here in October 2018.
