West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Friday congratulated
and conveyed her best wishes to all as the State received three national awards,
“I am very happy to share with all of you that Bengal has received three National Awards
this year. Heartiest congratulations and best wishes to all,” Ms Banerjee posted on her social networking page. “Director Churni Ganguly’s “Tarikh” won National Award for Best Dialogue, Srijit Mukherji’s
“Ek Je Chhilo Raja” won the award for Best Bengali Film, and Indraadip Dasgupta’s “Kedara” was declared the winner of a Special Jury Award,” she added.
