The BJD supremo Naveen Patnaik today shall be filing his nomination for the Bijepur assembly seat in Baargarh district in Western Odisha. Before that he is scheduled to address a party workers meeting there. Patnaik shall expectedly play the western Odisha card to counter the Congress on the issue of paddy procurement and the MSP and may be loan waiver. Obviously the BJD faces the barbs of both the opposition duo and the expected impact of the neighbour state Chhatisgarh where Congress has created an air of pro=Congress wave through several issues.
