Odisha Assembly condoles demise of three former  members , an ex OAPF jawan

Bhubaneswar, Nov 13 (UNI) Odisha Assembly today condoled the demise of three of its former  members who have passed away in between the monsoon and the winter session.The house also condoled the death of an Odisha Armed Police Force  jawan  who has laid down his life for the interest of the country and the state.

As soon as the  winter session of house assembled for the day Leader of the house and Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik moved the obituary reference and expressed his grief over the deaths of former Members Sahura  Mallick,  Udit Pratap Deo, Brundaban Patra and EX-OAPF Jawan Jayaram Kabasi and expressed his sympathies to the bereaved families.

Leader of Opposition Pradipta Nayak, Congress Legislature Party Leader  Narasingha Mishra  and Mr Laxam Munda (CPI-M) and Speaker S N Patrao supported the leader of the house and expressed their grief over the death . Patnaik requested the Speaker to convey the sympathies of the house to the bereaved families. Later the house observed one minute silence as a mark of respect to the departed souls.
