Pakistani gov't ease policies to attract trade,

Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan has said that his government would continue to ease policies to bring reforms and conducive atmosphere for trade and investment to achieve economic stability in the country, local media reported on Saturday.
The prime minister made the remarks during his meeting on Friday with a delegation of Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry and trade representatives in the southern port city of Karachi.
Khan said he wanted his government to be acknowledged as investment and trade friendly which is providing the maximum ease of doing business facilities.
Khan urged the business and trade community to play their role in the economic stability and development so that his government can fulfill its mission to eliminate poverty from the country.
Khan invited the business community to make full use of the tax amnesty scheme recently announced by the government. He also promised to bring reforms in the taxation system so that the concerns of the business community can be addressed.
The representatives of the business community expressed their confidence in the economic policies of the government and also submitted their proposals to achieve the economic targets.
