Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday condoled the death of 35 people who were killed in a bus accident in Saudi Arabia.
Taking to micro-blogging site Twitter, the PM said,’Anguished by the news of a bus crash near Mecca in Saudi Arabia. Condolences to the families of those who lost their lives. Praying for a quick recovery of the injured.’
At least 35 were killed and four others were wounded in a bus accident in the west of Saudi Arabia, local media reported, citing police. On Wednesday, the bus crashed into a heavy vehicle in the settlement of Al Akhal in the Medina region.
