Ranchi, Sep 28 (UNI) President Ram Nath Kovind arrived in the state capital on Saturday to attend a number of functions at Gumla, Deoghar and Ranchi. The President was welcomed by Governor Draupadi Murmu and Chief Minister Raghubar Das at the Birsa Munda Airport. The President will stay overnight at the Raj Bhawan. On September 29, he will attend a Vikas Bharati event at Bishunpur in Gumla district. Later, he will travel to Deoghar to offer obeisance at Baba Baidyanath Dham Temple and return to Ranchi on the same day. On September 30, he will attend the convocation ceremony at the Ranchi University and fly back to New Delhi.
