Now a lot is being spoken about the new regional outfit Damodar Rout has announced to form. When Rout was sacked by Naveen Patnaik, erstwhile prominent BJD leader Baijayant Jay Panda was the first leader who reached to console a beleaguered Rout at his residence. When Rout recently hinted about the formation of a new outfit to counter the BJD regime under Naveen, the former kept the name of Panda at the top of the list.
