Moga, Nov 11 (UNI) More than 24 Sikh organizations and some political parties holding a huge conference on November 12th to mark the 550th birth anniversary of first Sikh Guru Guru Nanak Dev Ji at Kartar corridor.
This was announced here today by Sarabjot Singh Bedi president Sant Sabha here today. Spokes person SAD (Taksali) Karnail Singh Peer Mohammad, Secreatry Sewa Singh Sekhwan and President SAD (1920) and former Punjab Vidhan Sabha speaker Ravinder Singh were also accompanied Baba Sarbjot Singh Bedi.
He said all the Sikh organisations have decided not to invite congress and SAD (Badal) and BJP alliance to participate the proposed conference.
He also said that tomorrow’s conferences will be attendant by Sewa Singh Sekhwan, Karnail Singh Peer Mohammad, Ravinder Singh, Baljeet Singh Daduwal, Jathedar Sukhdev Singh Bhour, Amrik Singh Shahpur and various other leaders of political parties and Sikh preachers and religious leader participating in the proposed conference at Kartarpur Corridor.
They appealed to the people at large, who participate in the conference on the occasion of 550th birth anniversary of Guru Nanak Dev Ji. it is learnt that Sukhdev Singh Dhindsa, who recently resigned as a leader of SAD in the Rajya Sabha, will participate in Tuesday’s conference.
However, he did not say anything about his participation.
Baba Bedi said the conference on the eve of birth anniversary of Gura Nanak, would present a true picture of harmony and universal brotherhood.
