Sushma meets visiting Permanent Representatives of various countries at UN

Sushma names Pak & JeM, pushes for 'zero tolerance' against terror at RIC

External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj on Monday held a meeting with a group of Permanent Representatives of various countries at the United Nations in the National Capital.

“Coming together for common good. EAM Sushma Swaraj hosted a group of Permanent Representatives of the UN who are on a visit to India,” MEA spokesman Raveesh Kumar tweeted.

At the interaction, Ms Swaraj exchanged views to strengthen international cooperation and tackle regional challenges, including reform of the UN Security Council.

Meanwhile, the External Affairs Minister is also likely to hold a bilateral meeting later in the day with Austrian Federal Minister for Europe, Integration and Foreign Affairs Dr Karin Kneissl.

During his three-day stay in India, the visiting dignitary Dr Kneissi will deliver a lecture on ‘The Future of Global Energy’ on Tuesday, sources said.
