Congress MP Shashi Tharoor has once again tossed a political fuss by saying that today India has a ‘Chaiwala’ as it’s prime minister because of the trend set by Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru. Recently Tharoor was in news for his jibe of “scorpion” aimed at the PM, now , talking at an event Tharoor was reported to have said that because Nehru made such an institutional structure that any body can rise to claim the highest position in the country, by which Tharoor was hinting his jibe at Narendra Modi.
