Vice President Venkaiah Naidu on Saturday visited AIIMS, and enquired about the health of former Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley with the team of doctors attending him.
The doctors informed the Vice President that Jaitley is responding to the treatment and his condition is stable. The Vice President also met Jaitley’s family members who were present in the hospital.
Jaitley was on Friday admitted to the AIIMS due to weakness. In his latest medical statement, the hospital said,’ Jaitley was admitted to AIIMS today morning. He is currently undergoing treatment in the intensive care unit under the supervision of a multidisciplinary team of doctors. At present, he is ‘haemodynamically stable’.’
