YSRCP govt borrowed Rs 25,000 cr loans in last 6 months : Naidu alleges

Amaravati, Nov 30:  Former Chief Minister and Telugu Desam Party (TDP) National President N Chandrababu Niadu alleged that the ruling YSRCP government in Andhra Pradesh had borrowed Rs 25,000 crore loans since the last six months and it had failed to achieve progress.

Naidu posted a newspaper clipping in his twitter on Saturday, which claimed that the YSRCP government had borrowed Rs 25,000 crore loans during the last six months. “Now the YSRCP government is alleging that I have left them the debt-trapped State. If they are unable to rule efficiently, they should take advises. They have put the state in debts and making allegations against me”,  Naidu slammed.

“If there is anything, which the YSRCP has achieved during the last six months, that is only borrowing Rs.25,000 crore loans” he ridiculed.Though the YSRCP led government has borrowed Rs 3,500 crore loan per month on an average, it has failed to achieve notable development during the period, he said and questioned why the YSRCP government borrowed loan five times during the month of August alone.

Naidu charged the YSRCP government for starting destructive rule from first day itself after coming to power. “We wanted to give six months time to the new government. But it started destructive regime from the first day itself. We are unable to sit as mute spectator in the Opposition and launched political battle against the injustice on behalf of victims”, he said.
