Union Budget 2025: India is all set to unveil its financial roadmap for the upcoming fiscal year, with Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman scheduled to present the Union Budget for 2025-26. Minister Sitharaman will present the Budget in the Lower House of Parliament at 11 AM local time on Saturday.
This will be Sitharaman’s eighth Budget presentation under Prime Minister Narendra Modi, marking a significant milestone. Notably, the Budget will be delivered in a paperless format, aligning with the government’s digital initiatives.
As the country gears up for this significant event, all eyes are on Finance Minister Sitharaman to unveil the government’s vision for India’s economic future.
Earlier on Friday, the Finance Minister presented the Economic Survey in the Lower House of Parliament. Soon after the survey was tabled, the Lok Sabha was adjourned until 11 AM on February 1.
