Mumbai, Since the imposition of the Janta curfew in Maharashtra, people are urged to stay home and avoid going outside unnecessarily. Several TV shows and films have shifted their shootings outside Maharashtra and are maintaining strict rules and restrictions.
Actors are away from their families and staying together with their co-actors. Recently, Jeevansh Chadha who is presently seen in Dangal TV’s Ranju Ki Betiyaan shares how he misses his gym time. He is a gym enthusiast and loves working out and staying fit. This passion of his shared with his co-actors like Deepshika Nagpal and Karan Khandelwal and they are seen exercising and working out together frequently.
Sharing about his experience working out with his co-actors, Jeevansh says, “I am a huge fitness freak. My day is incomplete if I don\’t work out and I can’t even sleep. Since we are shooting outdoors, I have got resistance bands with me and instead of dumbbells, I use rocks. One good thing about outdoor shoots is that I get to run for 8 – 10 km which helps me maintain my body fitness.
Usually, I prefer working out alone but since I am on the set, I work out with Deepshikha Ji, Karan and Naveen. Sometimes even Ayub Ji joins us. As I have good knowledge about workouts, I guide others especially Deepshikha Ji. But honestly, we do less of a workout and more of fun. Deepshikha Ji is the goofiest among the lot. But while goofing around we do try to finish our workouts. It is a lot of fun to work out with my co-stars.”
It sure is fun to work, spend time together with co-actors.
