Berhampur Boat Capsize: One person is missing after a boat capsized in the sea at Podampeta near Chhatrapur in Ganjam district, while six others have swum to shore. The missing fisherman has been identified as A. Kalia.
According to reports, this morning, seven fishermen went into the sea in a boat to catch fish when the boat capsized for some reason. On receiving the news, the villagers came and made efforts to rescue the missing fishermen, and Chhatrapur MLA Krushna Chandra Nayak and the police administration reached the spot and started the rescue operation.
