Jhulana Utsav is a spiritually immersive celebration of India’s living heritage, where devotion, aesthetics, and classical artistry converge in a timeless expression of Shringara Bhakti. Inspired by the divine Leela of Radha and Krishna, the festival unfolds from August 24th to 28th, 2026, centering around the sacred Jhula—a symbol of cosmic rhythm, प्रेम (love), longing, and transcendence.
Conceived in the visionary tradition of Guru Dr. Gangadhar Pradhan, Jhulana Utsav transforms performance into Aradhana. The stage becomes a sanctified space where India’s classical dance traditions—Odissi, Bharatanatyam, Kathak, and Kuchipudi—come alive through expressive storytelling, sculptural grace, and rhythmic depth.
The festival is further enriched by devotional music, including bhajans and kirtans, creating an atmosphere of introspection and spiritual resonance. At its heart lies the beautifully adorned Jhula, inspired by temple traditions, serving as the central axis of ritual and celebration.
Set amidst an open-air, serene environment, Jhulana Utsav offers more than a cultural showcase—it is a soulful journey where art becomes Sadhana, and every moment turns into an offering. It invites audiences to witness, experience, and become part of a living continuum of devotion and artistic excellence.
