Russia has created a system of near-Earth space radiation control and ready to share it with Europe under an existing cooperation agreement, Mikhail Panasyuk, the head of the Skobeltsyn Institute of Nuclear Physics at Lomonosov Moscow State University, told Sputnik in an interview. “Russia has created a system of radiation control in the near-Earth space at different orbits, from lower to geostationary ones.
