CM Yogi initiates ‘nutrition month’ by serving food to children

With the commitment of ‘malnutrition free UP’, Uttar Pradesh chief minister Yogi Adityanath initiated month long campaign ‘nutrition month’ by serving food to children here on Sunday. While initiating the ‘nutrition month’ here at his residence by serving food to children, CM Yogi also distributed a nutrition kit to pregnant women. He suggested all women and children to be healthy and physically fit.

CM Yogi said to become a great nation all citizens must be physically fit and healthy. He said if children of any nation were not healthy how could the future of that nation be bright. He said prime Minister Narendra Modi was specially focusing on healthy India.

UP CM instructed all district magistrates and departments concerned to come up with collaborated schemes to counter malnutrition in state. He said sincere supervision and execution of any scheme is equally important and if all departments concerned can come together to fight against malnutrition we can win this war. (UNI)
