Kumaraswamy appeals to Dakshina Kannada voters not to vote for BJP headed by Narendra Modi

Alleging that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has not done anything in finding solutions to various problems being faced by the people of the Coastal districts, Karnataka Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy today appealed the voters not to vote for the BJP.

Speaking to newsmen here on Sunday, Kumaraswamy questioned the contribution of Modi. “What Modi has done to the welfare of the people of this region”.

Squarely blaming the merger of the Vijaya Bank with Bank of Baroda he charged that “the BJP government at the Center was also responsible for the privatization

of the Mangaluru Air Port. Instead of solving the problems faced by the people of the coastal district, Modi had tried to cover up the issues” he added.

Chief Minister was on his way for election campaign of the party candidate at Karkala for the coming Lok Sabha elections.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to address a public meeting in the Port City Mangaluru on April 13.
