Pakistan PM’s plane makes emergency landing in New York after technical fault

A Pakistan-bound aircraft, carrying Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan and other officials, made an emergency landing here at the John F Kennedy International Airport, after developing a technical glitch on Saturday.

According to Geo TV, the Pakistan premier and his delegation were returning to Pakistan, after attending the the United Nations General Assembly meet in the US, when the plane developed a technical fault near Toronto and was rerouted to New York.
Now,  Khan will spend the night in New York and board the plane, once the technical fault is fixed.
