The Rafael issue, as it did, has raised its neck at a time when the polls are barely hours to go for the first phase. The Suoreme Court of India has rejected the plea of the Centre that the documents related to the Rafael deal have been missing thus creating an impression as how can such vital documents go missing.
The apex court’s directive must at this hour is bound to have some political flutter in the opposition circles. However, the detail of the court’s directive has not yet been obtained.
