The murder of twins, subsequent to their kidnapping for ransom in Satna District’s Chitrakoot on February 12, assumed political hues in Madhya Pradesh on Sunday with the Assembly’s Leader of the Opposition Gopal Bhargava expressing grief and in the same breath raining fire on the state’s Congress dispensation.
“I beseech the Almighty to grant peace to the departed souls and strength to the bereaved family for bearing the loss. The government and the administration proved unsuccessful in rescuing the boys who were ultimately brutally killed. However, the regime is busy transferring bureaucrats. Anarchy and absence of administration are haunting the state where only two industries will operate – abduction and postings. If Chief Minister Kamal Nath so desires he may convene an ‘Investors Summit’ for these,” the Bharatiya Janata Party leader conveyed via social media.
