Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, will embark upon a four days visit to Russia, his first international tour to rope in investments, from Saturday.
Yogi Adityanath, will be among the four other chief ministers of Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa and Assam, along with a high-level delegation led by Union Minister Piyush Goel, will attend a conference between India and Russia in Vladivostok city on August 12-13.
During the visit, India-Russia cooperation in various sectors will be on the agenda for discussions.
Official sources here on Saturday said that UP will sign MoUs with Russian companies on food processing, irrigation and agriculture besides go for agreement on contract farming.
Discussions also will be held over the upcoming investments in the defence corridor to be set up in UP.
The delegation will leave for Russia on Saturday evening.
