Absconding for some tine the former minister of Bihar, Manju Verma still untraceable who was alleged to have found in a nexus of illegal arms possession in the family .The supreme court on Monday slammed the Bihar police for the lapse so far. She is sought in a case of recovery of ammunition from her home during a raid some time back. An FIR was registered against the former minister and her husband as an accomplice in the crime under the Arms Act , 1959 when 50 cartridges were recovered from her in-laws in Begusarai.

Former Supreme Court judge and CJ of Orissa High court , justice SN Phukan passed away on Sunday. He was 81 years old.
Justice Phukan joined the Gauhati High Court Bar after his enrolment. In 1963, he was appointed to the Assam Judicial Services. In 1976, he became the Law Secretary of Assam.
Following his appointment as a permanent judge of the Gauhati High Court, he also served as its Acting Chief Justice. In September 1994, he was transferred to the High Court of Himachal Pradesh, in which court he served as Chief Justice from March 1995. In August 1996, he was transferred once more to the Orissa High Court, where he also served as Chief Justice.
Thereafter, he was elevated as a judge of the Supreme Court in January 1999. He retired in 2002.

- ଚା’ ଖଟିରେ ବସି ବୈଜୟନ୍ତ ଯାହା କରୁଛନ୍ତି, ତାହାର କୌଣସି ରାଜନୈତିକ ମୂଲ୍ୟ ନାହିଁ।
- କେବଳ ପଇସାବାଲା ଲୋକ ହୋଇଥିବାରୁ ଦାମ ବୈଜୟନ୍ତଙ୍କୁ ନିଜ ଦଳରେ ରଖିବାକୁ ଚାହାନ୍ତି। ନହେଲେ ବୈଜୟନ୍ତଙ୍କର ଅନ୍ୟ କିଛି ଆବଶ୍ୟକତା ନାହିଁ।
- ବୈଜୟନ୍ତ ଜଣେ ଡରକୁଳା ନେତା। ସେ ଲୋକଙ୍କ ପ୍ରଶ୍ନର ସାମ୍ନା କରିବାକୁ ଡରୁଛନ୍ତି।
- ବିଜୁଳି ବିଲ୍ ବାବଦକୁ ଆଗରୁ ନବୀନ ସରକାରଠାରୁ ଦୁଇ ଶହ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କାର ରିହାତି ପାଇଥିବା ବୈଜୟନ୍ତ, ଆହୁରି ଚାରିଶହ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ସରକାରଠୁ ରିହାତି ପାଇଯିବେ ବୋଲି ଏବେ ବି ଆଶା କରୁଛନ୍ତି।
- ବୈଜୟନ୍ତ ବିଜେପିକୁ ଯାଇ ପାରୁନାହାନ୍ତି କାରଣ ମୋଦୀଙ୍କ ସହ ନବୀନ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକଙ୍କ ସମ୍ପର୍କ ଭଲ। ତେଣୁ ମୋଦୀ ବୈଜୟନ୍ତଙ୍କୁ ନେଇ ପାରୁନାହାନ୍ତି।
- ନୂଆ ଦଳ ଗଢ଼ିଲେ ଦାମଙ୍କ ପାଖକୁ ବହୁ କଂଗ୍ରେସ ଓ ବିଜେପି ନେତା ଆସିବେ। ବିଜେଡିକୁ ଭାଙ୍ଗିହେବ ବୋଲି ଦାମ ବିଶ୍ଵାସ କରୁନାହାନ୍ତି।
- ବୈଜୟନ୍ତଙ୍କ ଲୋକ ସମ୍ପର୍କ କେବଳ ଲୋକ ଦେଖାଣିଆ। ଏପରିକି ତାଙ୍କ ସହ ଫୋନ ରେ କଥା ହେବା ବଡ଼ କଠିନ କାମ ବୋଲି ଡାକ୍ତର ରାଉତ କହିଛନ୍ତି।
- ନୂଆ ଦଳ ଗଢ଼ା ହେଲେ କଂଗ୍ରେସ ତୁଳନାରେ ବିଜେପି ଅଧିକ କ୍ଷତିଗ୍ରସ୍ତ ହେବ ବୋଲି ଦାମ ଭାବୁଛନ୍ତି। ଅର୍ଥାତ୍, ତାଙ୍କ ଦଳ ପରୋକ୍ଷରେ ବିଜେଡି ପାଇଁ ସହାୟକ ହେବ।
- ବାରିପଦା ସଭାରେ ଝାଡ଼ା ଲାଗୁଛି ବୋଲି କହି ଅଧ ବାଟରୁ ଫେରି ଯାଇଥିବା ବୈଜୟନ୍ତଙ୍କ ଡରକୁଳା ଚରିତ୍ରର ଏକ ସ୍ପଷ୍ଟ ଦିଗ ସେ ଦେଖେଇଛନ୍ତି।
- ପୂର୍ବତନ ବିଧାୟକ ନବୀନ ନନ୍ଦ, ଯିଏକି କିଛି ଦିନ ତଳେ କଲିକତାରେ ଅତ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଲଜ୍ଜାଜନକ ସ୍ଥିତିରେ ପୋଲିସ ହାତରେ ଧରାପଡିଥିଲେ, ହେଉଛନ୍ତି ବୈଜୟନ୍ତଙ୍କ ଖାସ ଲୋକ। ତାଙ୍କୁ ବିଜେଡି ନେତା ପ୍ରଶାନ୍ତ ନନ୍ଦ ବୈଜୟନ୍ତଙ୍କ ସହ ଭେଦିଆ ଭାବରେ ଲଗେଇଛନ୍ତି।

Mumbai police has arrested a retired Naval officer on charges of duping job seekers to the tune of Rs.36 lakh. The incident came to light through a leak when someone among the job seekers informed to the police. The ex-Naval officer Trineta runs an academy in Vishakhapatnam had fleeced six such job seekers taking Rs.6 lakh from each of them and interestingly. the accused had issued them appointment letters. The accused was arrested on charges of duping and forging documents.

Ex-employee shot dead Tata Steel manager
An ex-employee of the Tatas Vishwas Panday has shot dead a manager in the company by spraying bullets point blank. Arindam Pal , a senior manager at the stockyard of Tata Steel was in his cabin when the accused entered the cabin and shot him dead . Vishwas was in fact sacked from the company for indiscipline earlier and is now absconding.. The incident took place Haryana.
On the polls scheduled from Nov.12 to Dec 7, the Election Commission has imposed the ban on all exit polls. The states where polls to be held are Telengana, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Vhhattisgarh and Mizoram in which the polls are to be conducted in two phases and the ban remains effective on Electronics, print and the digital media.
The ban was contemplated by the EC as per the Section 126(1) of the Representation of the People Act(1951) , ‘portraying any election related matter including results of any opinion poll or any other poll survey ” in any electronics media would be prohibited during the period of 48 hours as fixed for the conclusion of any phase of poll.

BJD MP’s surprising jibe at govt
The BJD Rajya sabha MP Soumya Ranjan Patnaik has surprised all in the BJD by stating that as on date the chief secretary of the State even may not be aware of the details as how many schemes are there for the education sector. Soumya was speaking at a memorial meeting in Khurda of late Abanai Baral . He also said that the teachers are so divided that even they may not be knowing who is from which group. ୨୦୧୨ ରେ ଓଡିଶା ରାଜନୀତିର ସବୁଠୁ ଚର୍ଚ୍ଚିତ ଶବ୍ଦ ଥିଲା “ବ୍ରହ୍ମାସ୍ତ୍ର”। ସେହି ବର୍ଷ ୨୯, ମଇ ସନ୍ଧ୍ୟାରେ ତତ୍କାଳୀନ ବିଜେଡି ର ଦ୍ଵିତୀୟ କ୍ଷମତା କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ପ୍ୟାରୀ ମୋହନ ମହାପାତ୍ର ଓଡିଶା ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନବୀନ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକଙ୍କ ବିରୋଧରେ ବିଦ୍ରୋହ ଘୋଷଣା କରିଥିଲେ। ପ୍ୟାରୀଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠା ଓ ପତିଆରା ଥିଲା ଅଲଗା। ବିଜେଡ଼ିର ସଂଗଠନ କୁ ସେ ନିଜ ହାତ ମୁଠାରେ ରଖିଥିଲେ ଓ ସରକାର ଉପରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ତାଙ୍କର ପ୍ରଚଣ୍ଡ ପ୍ରଭାବ ଥିଲା। ପ୍ୟାରୀ ବାବୁଙ୍କ ଇଚ୍ଛା ରେ ଦଳ ଓ ସରକାର ଚାଲୁଥିଲା। ଏପରିକି ବିଜେଡି ବିଧାୟକ ଦଳରେ ତାଙ୍କର କେତେଜଣ ଅତ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଅନୁଗତ ବିଧାୟକ ରହିଥିଲେ, ଯେଉଁମାନେ ପ୍ୟାରୀଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ଆନୁଗତ୍ୟ ପ୍ରଦର୍ଶନ କରି ବିଜେଡ଼ିରୁ ତଡା ଖାଇଥିଲେ। ଏତେ କ୍ଷମତା ଓ ପ୍ରଭାବ ସତ୍ତ୍ୱେ ପ୍ୟାରୀ ବାବୁ ବିଜେଡି ରୁ ବହିଷ୍କୃତ ହେବାର ଅଳ୍ପ କେତେ ମାସ ଭିତରେ ଓଡିଶା ରାଜନୀତିରେ ଅପ୍ରାସଙ୍ଗିକ ହୋଇପଡିଲେ। ତାଙ୍କ “ବ୍ରହ୍ମାସ୍ତ୍ର” କୌଣସି କାମରେ ଲାଗିଲା ନାହିଁ।
୨୦୧୨ ରେ ସେ ଗଠିତ ହୋଇଥିବା ଓଡିଶା ଜନମୋର୍ଚ୍ଚା ୨୦୧୪ ନିର୍ବାଚନରେ ଭୟଙ୍କର ଭାବରେ ବିଫଳ ହେଲା। ଯେଉଁମାନେ ପ୍ୟାରୀ ବାବୁଙ୍କ ଜନମୋର୍ଚ୍ଚା ବିଜେଡି ପାଇଁ ମୁଣ୍ଡ ବିନ୍ଧାର କାରଣ ହେବ ବୋଲି ଭାବୁଥିଲେ, ସେମାନେ ଭୁଲ ପ୍ରମାଣିତ ହେଲେ। ୨୦୧୪ ନିର୍ବାଚନ ପୂର୍ବରୁ ବିଜେଡି ଦୁଇଟି ବଡ ଆହ୍ୱାନର ସାମ୍ନା କରୁଥିଲା। ପ୍ରଥମତଃ ଦଳ ଭିତରୁ ପ୍ୟାରୀ ବାବୁ ବିତାଡିତ ହେବା ପରେ ସଂଗଠନ ଅନେକାଂଶରେ ହୁଗୁଳା ହୋଇପଡିଥିଲା। ଦଳ ଭିତରେ ଗୋଟେ ପ୍ରଭାବଶାଳୀ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀ ଅସନ୍ତୁଷ୍ଟ ଥିଲେ, ଯେଉଁ ମାନଙ୍କୁ ମନାଇବା ବିଜେଡି ପାଇଁ ବଡ ଆବଶ୍ୟକତା ଥିଲା। ସେଇ ସମାନ ସମୟରେ କେନ୍ଦ୍ରରେ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦୀଙ୍କ ନେତୃତ୍ଵ ସପକ୍ଷରେ ପ୍ରବଳ ହାୱା ସୃଷ୍ଟି ହେଉଥିଲା। ମୋଦୀ ହାୱା ସେତେବେଳେ ବିଜେଡି କୁ ଯେ ବିଚଳିତ କରିନଥିଲା, ତାହା ଭାବିବା ଭୁଲ ହେବ। ଏହା ସହିତ ଆଉ ଏକ ଛୋଟ ସମସ୍ୟା ମଧ୍ୟ ବିଜେଡି ପାଇଁ ସେତେବେଳେ ଆସିଥିଲା। ଓଡିଶା ଜନମୋର୍ଚ୍ଚା, ଆମ ଓଡିଶା, ସମତା କ୍ରାନ୍ତି ଦଳ, ସମୃଦ୍ଧ ଓଡିଶା ପରି କେତୋଟି ଛୋଟ ଛୋଟ ରାଜନୈତିକ ଦଳ ଏହି ସମୟରେ ଆଗକୁ ଆସିଥିଲେ। କିନ୍ତୁ ନିଜର ସାଙ୍ଗଠନିକ ଦକ୍ଷତା ଓ ନିର୍ବାଚନ ପରିଚାଳନାରେ ସଫଳ ଗୋଟି ଚାଳନା ଯୋଗୁଁ ବିଜେଡି ୨୦୦୯ ନିର୍ବାଚନ ତୁଳନାରେ ଅଧିକ ଆସନ ପାଇଲା।
୨୦୧୨ ରୁ ୨୦୧୪ ଭିତରେ ଯେଉଁ ପ୍ରକାର ରାଜନୈତିକ ସମୀକରଣ ବଦଳିଥିଲା, ୨୦୧୮ ରେ ତାର ଏକ ଛୋଟିଆ ଚିତ୍ର ପୁଣିଥରେ ଦେଖିବାକୁ ମିଳୁଛି। ନବୀନ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକଙ୍କ ବିରୋଧରେ ଦୁଇ ମୁଖ୍ୟ ବିରୋଧୀ ଦଳ ବିଜେପି ଓ କଂଗ୍ରେସ ଯେତିକି ଆକ୍ରମଣ କରୁଛନ୍ତି, ତାଠୁ ଅଧିକ ଆକ୍ରମଣ ଆସୁଛି, ନବୀନଙ୍କ ଦୁଇ ପୂର୍ବତନ ସହଯୋଗୀ ବୈଜୟନ୍ତ ପଣ୍ଡା ଓ ଦାମୋଦର ରାଉତଙ୍କ ତରଫରୁ। ଚଳିତ ବର୍ଷ ଏଇ ଦୁହି ନେତା ବିଜେଡି ରୁ ବହିଷ୍କୃତ ହେଲାପରେ ନବୀନଙ୍କ ବିରୋଧରେ ଯୁଦ୍ଧ ଡାକରା ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। ଏଠି କହି ରଖିବା ଉଚିତ ହେବ ଯେ ଦଳ ଓ ସରକାର ଉପରେ ଏ ଦୁହି ନେତାଙ୍କର ସେତେ ପ୍ରଭାବ ନଥିଲା। ପ୍ୟାରୀଙ୍କ ତୁଳନାରେ ଦାମ ଓ ବୈଜୟନ୍ତ ଙ୍କ ପ୍ରଭାବ ଆପାତତଃ ନଗଣ୍ୟ। ବିଜୁ ଜନତା ଦଳ ଭିତରୁ ଏ ଦୁହିଙ୍କୁ ସମର୍ଥନ କରି ସାମାନ୍ୟ ସରପଞ୍ଚ ଟିଏ ମଧ୍ୟ ଖୋଲାଖୋଲି ବାହାରି ନାହାନ୍ତି। ତେଣୁ ଏମାନେ ଯେ ବିଜେଡି ର ସାଙ୍ଗଠନିକ ଦୁର୍ବଳତାର କାରଣ ହେବେ, ସେ କଥା କଲ୍ପନା ମଧ୍ୟ କରାଯାଇ ପାରିବ ନାହିଁ।
ଗତ ଦୀପାବଳି ଦିନ ଦାମୋଦର ରାଉତ ନିଜର ଏକ ନୂଆ ଦଳ ଗଢିବେ ବୋଲି ଘୋଷଣା କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଏହି ଦଳରେ ବୈଜୟନ୍ତ ଯୋଗ ଦେବେ ବୋଲି ସେ ଆଶା କରୁଛନ୍ତି। ହେଲେ ଗତ କେତୋଟି ରାଜନୈତିକ ଘଟଣାକ୍ରମକୁ ଅନୁଧ୍ୟାନ କାଲେ ଏକଥା ସ୍ପଷ୍ଟ ହୋଇଯିବ ଯେ ବୈଜୟନ୍ତ ଦାମଙ୍କ ଠାରୁ ନିଜକୁ ଦୂରେଇ ରଖିବା ଆରମ୍ଭ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଗତ ମାସ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ଦାମ ଯେଉଁ ସାଧାରଣ ସଭା ଆୟୋଜନ କରିଥିଲେ, କୌଣସି ସଭାରେ ବୈଜୟନ୍ତ ଯୋଗ ଦେଇନଥିଲେ। ବାରିପଦା ସଭାକୁ ସେ ଯିବାକୁ ବାହାରିଥିଲେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଅଧା ବାଟରୁ ଫେରି ଆସିଥିଲେ। ସେହିପରି କଂଗ୍ରେସ ଦ୍ଵାରା ଆୟୋଜିତ ସମ୍ବିଧାନ ବଞ୍ଚାଅ ସଭାରେ ଦାମ ଯୋଗ ଦେଇଥିବାବେଳେ ବୈଜୟନ୍ତ, ସେଠିକି ଯାଇନଥିଲେ। ନୀତିଗତ ଭାବରେ ବୈଜୟନ୍ତ ବିଜେପି ସହିତ ଘନିଷ୍ଠ ଓ ସେ ଖୁବ ଶୀଘ୍ର ବିଜେପି ରେ ଯୋଗଦେବେ ବୋଲି ସ୍ପଷ୍ଟ ସୂଚନା ମିଳୁଛି। ତେଣୁ ନୂଆ ଦଳରେ ଦାମ-ବୈଜୟନ୍ତ ଯୋଡି ଏକାଠି ହେବାର ସମ୍ଭାବନା ଯଥେଷ୍ଟ କମ।
ଦାମୋଦର ରାଉତ ବିଜେଡ଼ିର ଯେଉଁ ପୁରୁଣା ମୁହଁ ମାନଙ୍କୁ ନେଇ ନିଜର ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠା କରିବାକୁ ଚାହୁଁଥିଲେ, ସେମାନେ କେହି ତାଙ୍କୁ ଧରାଛୁଆଁ ଦେଉନାହାନ୍ତି। ବିଜୟ ମହାପାତ୍ର ମୂଳରୁ ଦାମଙ୍କ ପ୍ରସ୍ତାବକୁ ଖାରଜ କରିଥିବା ବେଳେ ପଂଚାନନ କାନୁନଗୋ, ସୁରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ନାୟକଙ୍କ ଭଳି ବରିଷ୍ଠ ନେତା ତାଙ୍କଠୁ ଦୂରେଇ ରହୁଛନ୍ତି। ଏମିତିରେ କାହାକୁ ନେଇ ଦାମ ନିଜର ଦଳ ଗଢୁଛନ୍ତି, ତାହା ସମୟକ୍ରମେ ସ୍ପଷ୍ଟ ହେବ।
୨୦୧୯ ନିର୍ବାଚନକୁ ଏବେ ମାତ୍ର ୨ ମାସ ବାକି। ସେଥିରେ ଗୋଟେ ନୂଆ ଦଳ ଗଢି କିଛି ଗୋଟାଏ ରାଜନୈତିକ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନର ବାହାସ୍ଫୋଟ କେବଳ ପିଲାଳିଆମୀ। ଅତି ବେଶୀରେ ଦାମଙ୍କ ନୂଆ ଦଳ ବିଜେପି କିମ୍ବା କଂଗ୍ରେସର ଅନାବଶ୍ୟକ ଲାଞ୍ଜ ହେବା ଛଡା ଅଧିକ କିଛି ପ୍ରଭାବ ପକାଇ ପାରିବ ନାହିଁ।
ସମୀକ୍ଷା ବ୍ୟୁରୋ –
ଭାରତର ମାନ୍ୟବର ମୁଖ୍ୟ ବିଚାରପତି ଜଷ୍ଟିସ ରଞ୍ଜନ ଗୋଗୋଇ କହିଲେ- ତମ ଲାଗି ଜେଲ ସବୁଠୁ ସୁରକ୍ଷିତ ସ୍ଥାନ। ତାପରେ ବି ଜେଲ ରେ ଥିବା ଅଭିଜିତ ଆୟାର ମିତ୍ରଙ୍କୁ ବାକ ସ୍ବାଧିନତାର ଆଳ ଦେଖାଇ ଦିଲ୍ଲୀ ଓ ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱର ର କିଛି ସାମ୍ବାଦିକ ନିରବଚ୍ଛିନ୍ନ ଭାବରେ ସମର୍ଥନ ଦେଇ ଚାଲିଛନ୍ତି। କ୍ଷମା ମାଗି ସାରିବା ପରେ ତାଙ୍କୁ ଜେଲ ରେ ରଖିବାର ଆଉ ଯଥାର୍ଥତା ନାହିଁ ବୋଲି କିଛି ସାମ୍ବାଦିକ କହିଛନ୍ତି ଓ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ପୂର୍ବତନ ସାଂସଦ ବୈଜୟନ୍ତ ପଣ୍ଡା ସମର୍ଥନ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ତେବେ ଏ ମାମଲା ଏବେ ଅଦାଲତର ବିଚାରାଧୀନ ରହିଥିବାରୁ, ଗଣ ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ କ୍ଷମା ମାଗିବା, ନ ମାଗିବା ଆଉ ପ୍ରସଙ୍ଗ ହୋଇ ରହିନାହିଁ। ଅଭିଜିତ ଏବେ ଗିରଫ ହୋଇ ଜେଲ ରେ ଅଛନ୍ତି। ତାଙ୍କର ପୋଲିସ ରିମାଣ୍ଡ ସରିବା ପରେ ଏବେ ତାଙ୍କୁ ଆଉ ୧୪ ଦିନ ପାଇଁ ବିଚାର ବିଭାଗୀୟ ହାଜତ କୁ ପଠେଇ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି।
ବାସ୍ତବ ସ୍ଥିତି ଦେଖିଲେ, ଏ ପ୍ରସଙ୍ଗରେ ପୋଲିସ ବା ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର ଅଧିକ କିଛି କରିପାରିବେ ନାହିଁ। ଅଭିଜିତଙ୍କ ମନ୍ତବ୍ୟକୁ ନେଇ ସାରା ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ଜନମତ ଯେତେ ତୀବ୍ର ଥିଲା ସେଥିରେ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର ତାଙ୍କୁ ଗିରଫ ନକରି ଛାଡି ଦେବାର କୌଣସି ସମ୍ଭାବନା ନଥିଲା। ଅପରପକ୍ଷରେ ଅଭିଜିତ ସୁପ୍ରିମ କୋର୍ଟରୁ ଆଗୁଆ ଜାମିନ ପାଇବାରୁ ବଞ୍ଚିତ ହୋଇଥିବାରୁ ତାଙ୍କୁ ନିମ୍ନ ଅଦାଲତ ସହଜରେ ଜାମିନ ଦେବା ସମ୍ଭବ ନୁହେଁ। ରାଜ୍ୟ ପୋଲିସ ଏ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ଆଇନ ଅନୁସାରେ କାମ କରିବାକୁ ବାଧ୍ୟ।
ତେବେ ଏହି ଘଟଣାରେ ତଥାକଥିତ ବୁଦ୍ଧିଜୀବୀମାନଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟା ବେଶ ପିଲାଳିଆ ମାନେ ହେଉଛି। ଜଣେ ସାମ୍ବାଦିକ ରୁବେନ ବାନାର୍ଜୀ ଲେଖିଛନ୍ତି, – ‘ସାହସୀ ପୋଲିସ ଏ ବିଷୟରେ କଣ ତଦନ୍ତ କରୁଛି? ଅଭିଜିତଙ୍କ ସହ କିଛି ସନ୍ତ୍ରାସବାଦୀ ସଂଯୋଗ ଅଛି ବୋଲି ସେମାନେ ଭାବୁଛନ୍ତି କି? ଏହା ବାସ୍ତବରେ ହାସ୍ୟାସ୍ପଦ ଓ ମୁଁ ଭାବୁଛି, ବିଜ୍ଞ ଓଡିଆ ମାନେ ଏହାକୁ ରୁଗ୍ଣ ମାନସିକତା ବୋଲି ଭାବିବା ଉଚିତ।‘ ରୁବେନ ବୋଧେ ଆଇନର ଉର୍ଦ୍ଧ୍ଵରେ ଓ ସେ ବୋଧେ ଭାବୁଛନ୍ତି, ଓଡିଶା ପୋଲିସ ବୋଧହୁଏ ସରକାରୀ ଶିକ୍ଷକ ଭଳି କାମ କରିବା ଉଚିତ। ପିଲା କ୍ଷମା ମାଗିଲେ, ଶିକ୍ଷକ ଯେମିତି କ୍ଷମା ଦେଇ ଦିଅନ୍ତି ଏ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ପୋଲିସ ସେୟା କରିବା ଉଚିତ ବୋଲି ବୋଧେ ସେ ଭାବୁଛନ୍ତି।
ଅଭିଜିତ ଗଣମାଧ୍ୟମ ଆଗରେ ଯେଉଁ କ୍ଷମା ପ୍ରାର୍ଥନା କରିଛନ୍ତି, ତାହା ଆଇନ ଦୃଷ୍ଟିରୁ ଗ୍ରହଣୀୟ ନୁହେଁ। ତାଙ୍କ ବିରୋଧରେ ସାମ୍ପ୍ରଦାୟିକ ଉତ୍ତେଜନା ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରିବା ଭଳି ସଙ୍ଗୀନ ଅଭିଯୋଗ ରହିଛି। ସେଥିରେ କେବଳ ଅଦାଲତ ହିଁ ତାଙ୍କୁ କ୍ଷମା କରିପାରିବେ। ଅଦାଲତର ସ୍ଵାଭାବିକ ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟା ଦେଇ ଅଭିଜିତଙ୍କ ବିରୋଧରେ ରହିଥିବା ଅଭିଯୋଗର ବିଚାର ହେବ। ତାକୁ ନେଇ ଅଯଥା ରାଜନୀତି କରିବାର କୌଣସି କାରଣ ନାହିଁ।
ଅନ୍ୟ ଏକ ଘଟଣାକ୍ରମରେ ଅଭିଜିତଙ୍କୁ ଜାମିନ ନମିଳିବା ପଛରେ ମୋ ବିରୋଧରେ ଷଡଯନ୍ତ୍ର ଚାଲିଛି ବୋଲି ବୈଜୟନ୍ତ ପଣ୍ଡା କହିଛନ୍ତି। ପୂର୍ବରୁ ଅଭିଜିତଙ୍କ ସହ ତାଙ୍କର କୌଣସି ସମ୍ପର୍କ ନାହିଁ ବୋଲି କହିସାରିବା ପରେ ଏବେ ହଠାତ ବୈଜୟନ୍ତଙ୍କ ଅଭିଜିତ ପ୍ରେମ ଅନେକ ସନ୍ଦେହ ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରୁଛି। ବୈଜୟନ୍ତ ଓ ଅଭିଜିତ ସମ୍ପର୍କ ରେ ଅନେକ ରହସ୍ୟମୟ ଦିଗ ଥାଇପାରେ ବୋଲି ଏବେ ସନ୍ଦେହ ବଢୁଛି। ନଚେତ ଅନାବଶ୍ୟକ ଭାବରେ ବୈଜୟନ୍ତ ବାବୁ ଏ ପ୍ରସଙ୍ଗରେ ଏତେ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟାଶୀଳ ହେବାର କାରଣ କଣ? ସ୍ଵାଭାବିକ ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟାରେ ଅଭିଜିତଙ୍କୁ ଜାମିନ ମିଳିବା ଯାଏଁ ଅପେକ୍ଷା କରିବାରେ ଅସୁବିଧା କଣ?
The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, today celebrated Diwali with jawans of the Indian Army and ITBP, at Harsil in Uttarakhand.
Greeting the jawans on the occasion, the Prime Minister said that their devotion to duty in the remote icy heights, is enabling the strength of the nation, and securing the future and the dreams of 125 crore Indians. He said that Diwali is the festival of lights; it spreads the light of goodness and dispels fear. He said that the jawans, through their commitment and discipline, are also helping to spread the sense of security and fearlessness among the people.
The Prime Minister recalled that he has been visiting soldiers on Diwali, ever since he was the Chief Minister of Gujarat. He also spoke of his interactions with the jawans of ITBP, years ago when he was part of the Kailash Mansarovar Yatra.
The Prime Minister said India is taking great strides forward in the defence sector. He spoke of various measures being taken for welfare of ex-servicemen, including OROP (One Rank, One Pension).
The Prime Minister said that the Indian Armed Forces draw admiration and appreciation across the world, in UN peacekeeping operations.
The Prime Minister offered sweets to the jawans. He also interacted with people from nearby areas who had gathered to greet him on Diwali.
The 5th edition of the 10-day “Women of India National Organic Festival 2018” organised by the Ministry of Women & Child Development culminated on the night of Sunday, 4th November, at the expansive grounds of Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts, Janpath Road. Over the 10 days, women farmers and entrepreneurs from across the country, participated with vast variety of organic products ranging from food and fabrics to wellness and personal care participated in this festival, which is an annual affair.
This year, the total sales by the women farmers and entrepreneurs who came from 26 States, were a record of over Rs. 2.75 crore, up from Rs. 1.84 crore in last year’s edition that was organised at Dilli Haat, INA, New Delhi. The festival is expected to have had footfalls of nearly 12 lakh. The success of the Organic Festival has added to the joy of the women farmers from diverse as well as far off corners of the country, such as Majuli, Kangra, Leh, Palakkad, Chikkmaglur, Yavatmal, Dimapur and Almora, among others. Participants had the opportunity to travel and stay in Delhi free of cost for the entire duration of the Festival while enjoying the experience of selling their wholesome goods to Delhiites, who thronged the lawns of IGNCA, not only on weekends, but also on weekdays. This year saw the grand debut of the Food Court and Vegan Food, which were very well received by all visitors.
The Women of India National Organic Festival 2018 was inaugurated on 26th October 2018, at IGNCA, Janpath Road by the Union Minister of Women and Child Development, Smt. Maneka Sanjay Gandhi, who has been instrumental in creating the only festival of its kind in India. She also did her Diwali gifts’ shopping from the organic festival, an example followed by several people who made return trips to IGNCA, to make their gift basket unique.
