ମୋଜାମ୍ବିକ୍ରେ ଝଡବାତ୍ୟା କେନେଥ୍ ତାଣ୍ଡବ ମଚାଇଛି । ଏହି ଝଡବାତ୍ୟାର ପ୍ରଭାବରେ ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ୩୮ ଜଣଙ୍କ ପ୍ରାଣହାନି ଘଟିଛି । ସୋମବାର ଏହି ବାତ୍ୟା ମୋଜାମ୍ବିକ୍ ଏବଂ କୋମୋରସ୍ରେ ଭୂପୃଷ୍ଠ ଛୁଇଁବା ପରେ ଏହାର ତାଣ୍ଡବ ଦେଖିବାକୁ ମିଳିଛି । ଏହି ଘଟଣାରେ କମରସ୍ରେ ୪ ଜଣଙ୍କ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ହୋଇଥିବା ଜଣା ପଡିଛି । ପୂର୍ବରୁ ଗତ ମାସରେ ବାତ୍ୟା ଇଡାଇରେ ମୋଜାମ୍ବିକ୍ରେ ୨୫୬ ଜଣଙ୍କ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ହୋଇଥିଲା । ବାତ୍ୟାର ପ୍ରଭାବ କମି ଯାଇଥିଲେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଆସନ୍ତା ୫ ଦିନ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ୫୦୦ ମିମି ବର୍ଷାର ପୂର୍ବାନୁମାନ ଲଗାଇଛି ପାଣିପାଗ ବିଭାଗ ଯାହାକି ବନ୍ୟାର ଆଶଙ୍କା ବଢାଇଛି । କେନେଥ୍ ପ୍ରଭାବରେ ୩୪୦୦ ଘର ନଷ୍ଟ ହୋଇଯାଇଥିବା ବେଳେ ୧୮ହଜାରରୁ ଅଧିକ ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ନିରାପଦ ସ୍ଥାନକୁ ସ୍ଥାନାନ୍ତର କରାଯାଇଛି ।
