Erstwhile ‘People’s President’ APJ Abdul Kalam – the father of the Integrated Guided Missile Development Programme – was paid glowing tributes on his fourth death anniversary by Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Kamal Nath who averred on Saturday that the world-renowned Bharat Ratna scientist’s ideas laid the foundation of modern and developed India.
