(UNI) The North Central Railway has lived up to its promise of providing prompt and adequate medical facilities to the pilgrims and passengers visiting its stations in the city of Prayagraj during the Kumbh Mela 2019.
In anticipation of a heavy footfall at the stations of Indian Railways located in Prayagraj-in particular at Allahabad Junction station-during the Kumbh Mela, the North Central Railway Medical Department had requisitioned as many as 80 additional doctors (MBBS and above) for looking after the pilgrims and passengers who would be needing medical attention.
